Per BLVD Hospitality, the much discussed and delay Soho House Downtown Los Angeles (in the Artist Loft district at 1000 S. Sanfa Fe Avenue appears to finally have an opening date.
BLVD Hospitality who will be involved with the food and beverage operations has posted on their website that the venue will open the 1st quarter of 2019 and the venue may be known as the Soho Warehouse.
According to their website, BLVD Hospitality “targets and assembles hospitality developments in a GP capacity, raises debt and equity, acts as the Master Developer, and provides full-service project, construction, and asset management services to select projects nationwide.” One of their high profile projects was the adaptive re-use of the United Artist Building into the Ace Hotel project.
The well known design firm Killefer Flammang Architects is designing the project.
