Yes another new project has been announced in Hollywood. This time its the ‘Academy on Vine’ project directly south of the ArcLight building. Originally this property was slated to be the Academy of Motion Arts (Academy Awards) museum however that project has been relocation to Museum Mile at Wilshire and Fairfax.
The project will contain a mixture of a 20-story residential tower and 4 mid-rise commercial towers (office and retail). The project is slated for completion in 2020 by Kilroy Realty.
