Glendale Boulevard consists of eighteen single-family residences with a mix of two-bedroom floor plans between 1,408 and 1,774 square feet. All the homes have rooftop decks and two-car garages. Sale prices start at $799,000. The project was developed by Ark Construction & Development, Inc., and designed by JTD Architects.
