The Los Angeles Times reports that the music power couple has bought a newly built, contemporary mansion in Bel Air. The reported price is $90 million for the sleek, hotel-like spread.
At that price it will set a year-to-date record as the most expensive home sale in Los Angeles County this year, beating out Mark Walter’s purchase of David Geffen’s Malibu estate for a reported $85 million.
The home comprises six buildings, has a 5-car garage, bulletproof windows, helipad, and four pools. It was designed by spec mansion builder Paul McClean.
